Marie Ann Feist, 83, passed away peacefully on Nov. 9, 2025, at Country Living of Larned, Kan. She was born April 2, 1942, in Great Bend, to Henry and Anna (Zeman) Staudinger. She married Thomas ‘Tom’ Lewis Feist on Oct. 19, 1963, in Dubuque. He passed away Dec. 25, 2024.

Marie was a compassionate caregiver as a registered nurse for St. Rose Hospital then Central Kansas Medical Center for 45 years until she retired. She loved to garden, bake, and share her blessings with family and friends. She was very talented in quilting and sewing and loved a good game of bowling. She was involved in 4-H and enjoyed raising chickens, geese, and ducks. She was a member of Altar Society at St. Patrick Catholic Church.
