LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The man accused of a DUI crash that tragically killed an Arbor View High School senior will spend 8-20 years behind bars.
Court documents reveal that 37-year-old Keenan Jackson pled guilty last month, thereby avoiding a trial. Jackson was sentenced on a DUI charge, which resulted in the death of 18-year-old McKenzie Scott on May 2nd.

According to a Clark County Grand Jury, Jackson’s blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash was .286, which is reportedly three times the legal limit.
