TEMPLE, Texas — Gov. Greg Abbott is set to visit Temple this week to discuss his plan to deliver property tax relief for Texans.
Abbott will speak Thursday, Nov. 13, at 3:30 p.m. at Bold Republic Brewing Company, 7070 Stonehollow Drive. The event is open to the public.
According to the governor’s office, Abbott will outline his proposal to “empower Texas taxpayers” by cutting tax rates, curbing local tax hikes and putting more money back into the pockets of homeowners and small business owners.
The visit is part of a broader effort by Abbott to promote his tax relief priorities across the state ahead of the next legislative session.
