FORT HOOD, Texas — A military spouse has filed a lawsuit accusing an Army doctor at Fort Hood’s Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center of sexually exploiting, manipulating and secretly recording women under his care.
The civil suit, filed Monday in Bell County District Court, names Army Major Blaine McGraw, an OBGYN, as the defendant. The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe to protect her identity, alleges that McGraw used his position of trust to conduct invasive and unnecessary examinations over the course of several appointments.
The woman also claims McGraw made sexual comments and secretly recorded her during at least one examination in October.
“Instead of receiving medical treatment, Jane Doe was subjected to degrading touching, voyeurism and covert filming,” the lawsuit states
