The industrialization in Hamilton County's proposed land swap between McDonald Farm and Enterprise South Nature Park is concerning some residents and city officials.

The group, Save Enterprise South Nature Park, created a map that layers Hamilton County's Development Proposal map, the Hilltop Drive Extension Engineering Report, and Enterprise South Nature Park's trail map.

It shows neighborhoods that could be impacted by potential industrial use.

Hamilton County Commissioner Steve Highlander represents District 9. He says, "Residents are concerned, and I am concerned about residents being wedged in two industries."

Highlander also says the mayor is still waiting for more information. And those plans likely will not progress until the 1st of the year.
