CULLMAN, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall says that a Cullman County Circuit Court approved his request for a temporary restraining order against a Cullman business.
According to Marshall’s office, the restraining order comes after the business was accused of administering “dangerous, unapproved weight loss drugs.”
Aurora IV and Wellness is described by Marshall’s office as a Cullman-based IV infusion clinic that opened in 2024 and is run by Amanda and Chris Medders.
The clinic is a mobile clinic that also has treated people in Alexander City and Alabaster, according to their website and the firm representing patients, Morris Haynes Attorneys at Law.
