The Pistons are signing former Celtics forward Wendell Moore Jr. to a two-way contract. Michael Scotto of Hoopshype was first to report the deal.

Boston signed Moore Jr. to a training camp deal over this summer where he appeared in two preseason games before getting released before roster cutdowns. Moore Jr. landed with the Maine Celtics and appeared in two games in the G-League over the weekend before getting a call to rejoin the Pistons organization. He spent part of last season with the team.

Moore Jr. has appeared in 90 games since being drafted by the Wolves in the first round in 2022. He spent two years in Minnesota before landing with the Pistons last season via trade. Detroit released him back in February and he landed with the Hornets on a two-way contract before eventually sign
