The Santa Maria Police Department is requesting the community's assistance with locating an at-risk missing juvenile.

Santa Maria resident Francina Victoriano Carreto, 14, was last seen on Nov. 9, at approximately 9:30 p.m.

Francina is a Hispanic female, approximately 5'0" tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, and has black hair with red highlights and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and dark jeans.

Francina is considered at-risk due to her age and circumstances that are not typical of her behavior.
