American country music singer Drew Baldridge has shared frightening footage of a brawl he witnessed in an Australian McDonald's restaurant.

Baldridge was in a Melbourne branch of the fast food giant when the altercation took place.

The US singer has been touring Australia and New Zealand with Son of a Sinner hitmaker Jelly Roll, with the pair wrapping up the Down Under dates at the weekend.

In the clip, shared on Instagram , a brawl breaks out after a male customer verbally abuses a female worker.

"The other night we were in Melbourne, McDonald's, this dude comes in, I don't know what he was on, but he goes up to the girl at the desk taking the order and he just said, 'F*** you, you dumb b***h,'" Baldrige recalled.
