ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando City Council on Monday gave final approval to a $400 million renovation project for Camping World Stadium, signaling a significant investment in the venue ahead of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ temporary relocation to the city.
The council approved new designs and funding for upgrades that will reshape the stadium’s east, west, and north sections. The proposed design features metallic exteriors and a hurricane-resistant shell, blending iconic architectural elements with modern safety improvements.
Inside the stadium, suites on both sides will be rebuilt to provide a premium fan experience, and the upper seating areas will be enhanced throughout. The renovations will increase the stadium’s seating capacity by around 2,000, pushing total capacity above 65,000 for
