The first of two $500,000 top-prize tickets in the “Winter Ice” scratch-off game has been won less than two weeks after it was launched.
The $500,000 ticket was sold Sunday at the EZ Pick corner store at 279 Smith Street in Perth Amboy, according to New Jersey Lottery officials.
