Synopsis : Polling for the by-election to the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency in Telangana, the second phase of the Bihar Assembly election and the by-election to seven constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Punjab, Mizoram and Odisha.

Polling for the by-election to the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency in Telangana is underway on Tuesday, 11 November, amid tight security arrangements. The second phase of the Bihar Assembly election and the by-election to seven constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Punjab, Mizoram and Odisha.

The by-election in Jubilee Hills was necessitated by the death of BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath in June this year.

The polling began at 7 am and will continue till 5 pm.
