WASHINGTON — Veterans Day, the that honors those who served in the U.S. military, is on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The celebration, which falls on Nov. 11 each year, is a federal holiday, meaning some government offices and institutions may be closed.
Although it is a federal holiday, many shops are still open for their usual business hours.
