In a strong order highlighting passenger rights and airline accountability, the district consumer disputes redressal commission, Kangra at Dharamshala, has held Thai Lion Air guilty of deficiency in service and violation of basic human rights after the airline rescheduled a family’s international flight without consent and denied drinking water to minor children during the journey.
