The Giants are in search of a new head coach after the organization fired Brian Daboll on Monday following a 24-20 loss to the Bears in which the team blew another late-game lead.

As a result, the Giants fell to 2-8 for a third consecutive season.

Taking Daboll's place will be Giants' offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, who was named interim head coach for the remainder of this season.

Kafka, who has been the Giants' OC since Daboll took over in 2022, will now be in charge for the final seven games, starting Sunday when they host the Green Bay Packers.
