As the news of an explosion near Delhi's Red Fort flashed on Monday evening, the question asked by almost everyone was if it were a CNG cylinder blast in a car. Delhi had last seen a deadly terror attack 14 years ago, in 2011. Since then, Delhi and Mumbai, the cities that terrorists have eyed to create a spectre of horror, have lived in a sense of security.
