NEW DELHI: A high-level meeting was held at Union Home Minister Amit Shah's residence in the wake of the suicide attack in Delhi. According to reports, the heads of various security agencies participated in the meeting. Another high-level meeting was also held this morning under the Home Minister’s leadership. The meeting took place soon after the NIA took over the blast case. The Home Secretary also attended the meeting, according to information.

The government has made it clear that yesterday’s incident at the Red Fort was a terror attack. Delhi Police registered a case under the UAPA sections, and later the NIA took over the investigation. An NIA team has inspected the crime scene. There are reports that those currently in custody have been questioned.
