New Delhi: A blast in a moving car near Delhi’s Red Fort around 7 pm Monday killed at least 12 people. Home Minister Amit Shah chaired two meetings Tuesday as anti-terror agency NIA took over the probe.

Shah, who visited the blast site Monday evening, said ‘no possibility is being ruled out’.
