A homeowner in Walsall who was refused permission to convert a garden outbuilding into a separate residential property has submitted a new application.
Applicant Mr S Ali remains undeterred in the bid to convert the rear garden building at 255 Birmingham road into a self-contained dwelling.

The type of application, retrospective, is one which is used after the work or change of use has already taken place.
But in the planning documents it says the building is currently being used as an office or playroom.
The plans state access to the separate home is off Brookhouse Road, a quiet cul-de-sac at the rear of Birmingham Road.
