Rod Wave's legal team is speaking out after the Florida rapper was arrested over the weekend.
According to CBS News , the "Tombstone" rapper, born Rodarius Green, was arrested on Friday, November 7, following a traffic stop in metro Atlanta. Police claim Rod Wave ran through a stop sign, which prompted them to pull him over. During the stop, the officer reportedly found marijuana and a baby bottle “containing one fl oz of a purple liquid" that the officer suspected to be Promethazine. They also discovered Oxycodone, a beige Sig Sauer P320 9mm, and a bag full of cash.
