When the new owners of 20 Cosmo Pl. purchased the historic San Francisco building in April, it was unclear what the plan was for the property that had previously housed Trader Vic’s and Le Colonial.
Now, months later, Juan Loredo and Jose Natividad say that plans have come closer to being finalized for the more than 16,000-square-foot space with entrances on Sutter Street and Cosmo Place not far from Union Square.
“It’s such a long process we have to go through for what we want to do,” Loredo told The Examiner in a recent interview. “Things could change as we go.”
The duo owns and operates three bars in the Bay Area — Persona around the corner on Sutter, and Barrelhouse and Vinyl Room in Burlingame. So, while unsure initially about what to do with their new property, they knew the
