BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A $20 credit is on the way for YouTube TV customers. It’s all because of the ongoing dispute with Disney.

There is a catch though - you have to claim it. It’s not an automatic credit.

How to claim your credit:

Go to YouTube TV on a web browser, then settings, make you way to updates then you’ll see “claim credit”. The credit will be applied to your next bill.

YouTube TV sent an email to customers. It reads in part:

“We’ve been working in good faith to negotiate a deal with Disney that pays them fairly for their content and returns their programming to YouTube TV. We know it’s been disappointing to lose Disney content, and we want you to know we deeply appreciate your patience. In light of the disruption, we’re offering our subscribers a $20 credit.”
