LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Two men were arrested after police responded to a shots-fired call and recovered two rifles and multiple spent casings.
Laredo Police officers responded to the call at about 11:14 p.m. on November 8 near the intersection of Constantinople St. and Salinas Ave.
Officers met with 19-year-old Eliazar Aaron Sanchez, who denied hearing shots in the area and said he did not have any guns with him. Another male, identified as 18-year-old Luis Angel Contreras, was walking from behind the house.
While speaking with Sanchez, an officer noticed a black long rifle behind a chair, along with a spent casing near a speaker. Officers secured the area and located several spent casings and another black long rifle near the front porch area.
