Stretching your grocery dollars as partial SNAP benefits begin going out

Hundreds of thousands of Ohio families started receiving their partial SNAP benefits Wednesday for the first time this month. They'll only get up to 65% of their usual benefits, so people will have to be more frugal at the grocery store.
