NOLENSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A housing developer broke ground on a new housing community in Nolensville on Wednesday.

Beazer Homes broke ground on a new housing development called The Mill at McFarlin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. This will be the second community the company has constructed in Nolensville, with the first being the Lockridge community in 2023.

The Mill at McFarlin’s lot is located on Kidd Road. The 444-lot community will feature a mix of 40’ front-load “Estate Series” homes and 30’ rear-load “Cottages.”

Other planned features for the development include walking trails, a pool and cabana, splash pad, clubhouse, fitness center, playground and a future pickleball/sport court area.

Beazer also said it will be donating 12.37 acres to the town as part of the project.
