NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Police have arrested a convicted sex offender in connection with an attack on a woman walking home from a concert last week.

Joequarius Williams, 29, was charged after a woman told police she was followed and assaulted while returning home from a Sabrina Carpenter concert at Bridgestone Arena. The woman was walking up Third Avenue North around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 when she noticed a man following her.
