MONROE, Ohio (WXIX) - Garver Family Farms faces potential closure by Butler County officials over building and zoning violations, a year and a half after opening their expanded Farm Market on State Route 63.

The family business expanded from seasonal operations to full-time service, including a winery, but county officials have raised concerns about the structure and land zoning that could result in a shutdown if not resolved.

“At this old location here, we were a seasonal business,” said Michael Garver. “Now, we’re full-time. We have the winery in there. Yes, the building does have a small part for wine manufacturing, but the entire building helps market that wine.”
