BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A teenager from Baton Rouge has not been seen for nearly a month, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
The organization sent out an alert on Wednesday, Nov. 12, asking for the public’s help in finding 16-year-old Haylie Bell.
Bell, who lives with her grandfather, was last seen at her home on Oct. 15.
HAYLIE BELL DESCRIPTION:
Height: 5′5″
Weight: 105 lbs.
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black dreadlocks
Tattoo: flower on right wrist
Piercings: both nostrils
