Cathy Hozian bought tickets through the third-party reseller for nearly $230 to see the comedian perform in Phoenix. She discovered the show was postponed the day before the event when she tried to download her tickets.

StubHub told her she wasn’t eligible for a refund because the show was postponed, not canceled. When the show wasn’t rescheduled, Hozian contacted Lewis Black’s team directly.
