The House of Representatives voted Nov. 12 to end the longest government shutdown in U.S. history that left millions of Americans unable to travel or afford food.
The measure now heads to the desk of President Donald Trump , who is expected to sign it around 9:45 p.m.
Delaware's lone U.S. Representative, Sarah McBride, voted against the agreement.
