BOISE — An investigation is underway into a north Boise crash that took the life of a young girl on Tuesday.
Police responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash at North Harrison Boulevard and West Ada Street at approximately 4:42 p.m. Tuesday. Ada County Paramedics transported the girl to a local hospital, where she died later that evening. The identity of the girl will be released by the Ada County Coroner’s Office pending notification of next of kin, a news release from the Boise Police Department said.
The Boise School District (BSD) released a statement Wednesday saying the girl attended Washington Elementary School, which is located about five blocks north of where the crash took place.
