If you’ve found yourself in need of a bathroom in downtown Minneapolis but unable to find one, the city wants to change that.
It was an issue famously experienced by Flea, of Red Hot Chili Peppers fame, during the band's tour stop in Minneapolis. He found himself needing to go, and embarked on an odyssey of downtown businesses in search of relief.
Back in May, the city’s Public Health & Safety Committee directed its legislative department to research and analyze "the current public restroom situation in Minneapolis" and look at opportunities for standalone public restrooms.
