CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Three years ago, on November 13, the tragic shooting and death of UVA football players Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis Jr. and D’Sean Perry shook the community, university and beyond.

UVA, the community, and the P ublic Engagement in Governance Looking, Listening, and Learning Laboratory (PEGLLLLab) hosted a memorial concert to commemorate the three players' lives through music.
