A home in South Surrey, B.C., was targeted with gunfire for the second time in five days, in a shooting police say is related to extortion.
No one was injured in the latest shooting at the home in the 17000-block of 32 Avenue on Wednesday, the Surrey Police Service said in a statement.
It's the second shooting at that address in the last five days, with the previous shooting recorded on Saturday and leading to a worker being injured.
Police say that they were called out around 7:35 p.m. PT to the home for reports of a shooting, and investigators are looking into whether the shooting is linked to other cases.
