Cars have been seized from the streets of Coventry amid a police blitz on crime.
In Holbrooks , neighbourhood officers seized three vehicles for offences including no insurance, no tax and no MoT. The Radford team arrested a suspect in connection with shop theft who was also wanted for failing to appear at court.
Officers from Stoke and Wyken carried out proactive patrols. There were also a number of arrests.
" Coventry officers have acted swiftly on serious crime," an online update said. " A 50-year-old was charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and blackmail following an investigation into a burglary in Canley .
