Knight Frank India, in its latest assessment, reported that Pune’s real estate market recorded 12,693 property registrations in October 2025, with stamp duty collections touching INR 527 cr. Registrations declined 39% Year-on-Year (YoY), while revenue collections fell 30%, largely due to a high base.

October last year had seen a strong festive momentum driven by Navratri (3–11 Oct) and Diwali (1 Nov 2024).
