The Post has been granted unprecedented access into the world of the Giants’ scouting department. In Part 3 of this continuing series, we meet Jeremy Breit, the team’s longest-tenured scout. He has been with the organization for 20 years, currently working as one of their two national scouts. Breit, 46, previously was a West Coast scout for the Giants living in San Diego. He grew up in West Islip, L.I., played football in high school, and began his scouting career in 2005 as an intern with the Texans. Breit is single and lives in Nashville, Tenn.
