Are you haunted by the ghosts of big-box stores past on your drives through Fort Collins?
The Coloradoan recently rounded up some of the city's most visible vacant properties — from east Fort Collins' long-lived Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon to two former fabrics stores and a would-be Kum & Go that never was.
While all remained vacant as of Nov. 12, some had seen recent movement. One is in negotiations with a future tenant, two are under new ownership and a pair of others remain in a holding pattern amid planned redevelopment of their shopping center.
