NEW ALBANY — New Albany Police Chief Chris Robertson is asking the public for help after a drive-by shooting early Tuesday morning on Broad Street.
Robertson said several adults and children were inside the targeted home at the time, as well as nearby neighbors in their own residences and vehicles. No one was injured.
“To say it was anything but a 100% miracle that no one was hit would be an understatement,” Robertson said in a Facebook post Wednesday. “The amount of spent casings that were recovered and the holes in the house going all the way through has been hard to comprehend.”
Robertson said multiple agencies have been contacted to assist in the investigation.
“At this point, I’ve had little cooperation from the intended victims,” he said. “So I’m asking the public for their help
