ESPN host Dan Thomas has returned to the air after receiving a liver transplant last month.

In June, Thomas revealed that he had been diagnosed with a chronic disease called PSC back in 2010. The disease gradually destroys the bile ducts, and on June 20, Thomas was placed on the liver transplant list because of it.

Nearly four months after being placed on the transplant list, Dan Thomas received a new liver on Oct. 14 and returned home on Oct. 27.

Last week, he posted a video providing an update on the process.
