The 38-year-old Wicked actress lept into action, protecting the 32-year-old eternal sunshine singer when a person unexpectedly crashed the red carpet during the Singapore premiere of Wicked: For Good .

The person, who was later tackled to the ground by security as seen in footage from the event, was later identified as a frequent stage-crasher at events, self-identifying as “Troll Most Hated” and bragging about “meeting” Ariana on social media on their Story.
