Michelle Troconis, who was convicted in connection with the disappearance and presumed murder of Jennifer Dulos, is asking for her convictions to be vacated or reversed or for a new trial.

Dulos, a mother of five who was living in New Canaan, disappeared on May 24, 2019, while she and her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, were going through a divorce and custody battle and she has not been seen since.

Troconis, who was dating Fotis Dulos when Jennifer Dulos disappeared, is serving a 14-and-a-half year prison sentence after s he was found guilty in 202 4 of conspiracy to commit murder, hindering the prosecution and tampering with evidence.
