The government is reopening after President Donald Trump signed a short-term funding bill Wednesday night, but unfortunately the end of the record-long shutdown does not mean an immediate end to the travel issues happening at airports across the country, including at Boston Logan.
Flight cuts and delays will continue for a while , as the U.S. Department of Transportation says it will use a gradual approach to return to normal.
