Firefighters were called to a well developed fire in a Cambridgeshire village. Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue were called to trees on fire in Euximoor Drove, Christchurch just before midday on Wednesday (November 12).
The fire spread to conifers and two lorry trailers. Crews contained and extinguished the fire after several hours.
Wisbech Community Fire & Rescue Station said: "At around 11am, a crew from Wisbech got mobilised to 'trees on fire' in Christchurch. Crews arrived to find a well developed fire involving trees, conifers and two lorry trailers. Upon arrival, the crew requested more resources."
