Two men have been arrested in North Ireland on suspicion of attempted murder after a stabbing in North Ormesby. The men, aged 24 and 31, were taken into police custody on Thursday morning to be questioned by detectives from Cleveland Police’s Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.

The 24-year-old is being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and possession of an offensive weapon. The 31-year-old was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assisting an offender.

As reported, two people have been charged in connection with the alleged incident at Orme Court on Thursday, November 6. Two 44-year-old men were taken to hospital after an attack on a vehicle at around 9.30pm.
