WASHINGTON — AT&T customers have just over a month left to apply for their share of a $177 million class action settlement . But the deadline to opt out of the lawsuit is days away.

AT&T agreed to pay to settle a class action lawsuit about two "data incidents" from 2024.

Those affected by the data breach originally had until Nov. 18 to file their claim. But that deadline was pushed back a month to Dec. 18.

Those wishing to exclude themselves from the class action lawsuit must now opt-out by Nov. 17. Anyone who wishes to object to the settlement must file their objections by Nov. 17.
