The National Weather Service says the mid-Hudson Valley can expect to see rain start falling Nov. 15 and continue through the following morning.
There will be some sunny skies before and after the rainstorms.
Nov. 15 will kick off the weekend with partly sunny skies and high temperatures in the mid- to upper 40s in Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan and Ulster counties.
That night, there is an 80% chance of rain in all four counties. Between one tenth and one quarter of an inch of rain will fall during the night. Low temperatures will be in the mid- to upper 30s.
On the morning of Nov. 16, there is a 40% chance of rain before 1 p.m. in all four counties.
