An Excelsior Springs, Missouri, man has been charged in connection with a deadly shooting Wednesday in Homestead Village.

The Ray County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that deputies responded to the 500 block of Arapahoe Drive on reports of a shooting. As deputies made their way to the scene, they learned that Stice had called dispatch and allegedly told them he shot a man and the firearm was on a table on his front porch, court documents said.
