WARREN - A convicted Warren sex offender has been indicted on a child pornography charge.

According to a Trumbull County grand jury report, Kyle Lyons, who turns 25 on Saturday, was indicted on a felony charge of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Lyons had previously been convicted on three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material in October of 2022. He was sentenced to two to three years in prison and released on parole in October of 2024.

Warren Municipal Court records show Lyons's alleged offense in this case occurred on November 17, 2024. Lyons was arrested in September of 2025.

Trumbull County Common Pleas Court records do not currently show an arraignment date for Lyons in his current case.
