Unfortunately, Oz Perkins' filmography could be in a decline, as of now, with his new movie Keeper debuting to a record low score for the filmmaker. The rising horror director, known for his terrifying collaborations with Neon in recent years — Longlegs and The Monkey — was seemingly on a winning streak, with these two hits coming out only six months apart.
Now, Keeper , starring Perkins' frequent collaborator Tatiana Maslany and Rossif Sutherland, comes out in theaters tomorrow (November 14). The horror mystery follows a couple questioning their relationship (as suggested by the trailer) as they retreat to a secluded cabin to celebrate their anniversary, where Maslany's Liz is terrorized by something sinister.
